Your endorsement of a candidate speaks volumes. If you refer a technical professional to Capstone IT and that person is hired, you can earn up to $1,500 as a thank you for contributing to our shared success. Here’s how.
Employee Referral
- $500 will be paid to both the hired employee and the referring individual after 30 days of the employee being on assignment.
- $1000 will be paid to both the hired employee and the referring individual after four months of the employee being on assignment.
- This policy covers those who are hired to work as an employee or W2 consultant of Capstone IT and those we place in direct hire with one of our customers.
Non-Employee Referral
- $1000 will be paid to the individual who provided the referral, and $1000 will be paid to the newly hired employee after 90 days from the commencement of their employment.
- This policy covers those who are hired to work as an employee or W2 consultant of Capstone IT and those we place as a direct hire with one of our customers.
Exclusions: If you refer a candidate who has previously applied or been employed at Capstone IT, you will not be eligible for a Team Member Referral Bonus – even if they re-apply with your name on their application.
