Your endorsement of a candidate speaks volumes. If you refer a technical professional to Capstone IT and that person is hired, you can earn up to $1,500 as a thank you for contributing to our shared success.
Employee Referral
- $500 will be paid to both the hired employee and the referring individual after 30 days of the employee being on assignment.
- $1000 will be paid to both the hired employee and the referring individual after 120 days of the employee being on assignment.
- This policy covers those who are hired to work as an employee or W2 consultant of Capstone IT and those we place in direct hire with one of our customers.
- The referrer must be a current Capstone IT W2 employee to be eligible for this bonus.
Non-Employee Referral
- $1000 will be paid to the individual who provided the referral, and $1000 will be paid to the newly hired employee after 90 days from the commencement of their employment.
- This policy covers those who are hired to work as an employee or W2 consultant of Capstone IT and those we place as a direct hire with one of our customers.
- This policy is for non-employee referrals. All non-employees of Capstone IT are eligible to submit a referral and receive the bonus.
Exclusions: If you refer a candidate who has previously applied or been employed at Capstone IT, you will not be eligible for a Team Member Referral Bonus – even if they re-apply with your name on their application.
