Tina Dudrey
Principal Recruiter
Tina is not the type of person who sits on the sidelines. Over the course of her career, she has gravitated towards management and logistical roles, putting in the effort to ensure the best possible outcomes. As a technical recruiter, she brings the same focus and mindset to every partnership, guiding IT consultants to positions that will help them achieve their professional vision.
As part of the Capstone IT Omaha team, Tina is known for her commitment to building strong relationships and using her years of customer-service experience to elevate every interaction. Her sense of caring and her deep passion do not stop when she leaves the office. She contributes to Omaha’s Open Door Mission and Rise Academy, helping people from all walks of life to get back on their feet.
Tina is a people person. She loves working alongside like-minded people at Capstone IT. Plus, whenever she can, she spends her off hours in the company of friends and family. She firmly believes that your life is as good as your mindset.
