Molly Morrissey
Principal Recruiter
Molly’s favorite quote is a classic from Dr. Seuss: “Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory.” And Molly is often building those moments and memories both inside and outside the office.
As a recruiter, Molly seeks out great technical talent for Capstone clients – and her favorite moments are when she stumbles upon candidates who are not only technically excellent but also mirror the values and ethics of Capstone IT. That’s when Molly can say, “they’re so Capstone!” and she loves being able to place them in their dream jobs.
When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with family, watching her daughter play soccer, and continuing her mother’s tradition of making and gifting Christmas ornaments for her siblings, nieces, and nephews. For Molly, it’s truly these moments and memories that make a great life.
