Jenni Martin
Account Executive
Jenni is the type of person who finds joy in the simple things. One of the most rewarding things about her job at Capstone IT is the ability to help companies find qualified and quality IT staff in ways that align with her values.
Jenni builds relationships with new customers, opening the door for them to find incredible people who can help them achieve their goals. She works to build a robust rapport with her customers, creating a level of comfort that allows them to be vulnerable and express their challenges. From there, she uses her extensive knowledge of technical solutions to give recruiters the foundational insight to create all of our shared success.
When not working with customers, Jenni answers the call to connect with and serve the people and the world around her. She volunteers with Friends of Blue Springs Ballet (which her daughter is part of), supports veteran housing projects, helps injured animals, and is a dedicated member of her church. Jenni brings her drive and passion to everything she does.
