Isai Peralta
Director of Finance and HR
Isai is a former state medalist in backstroke swimming whose passion for finance is as strong as his athleticism. Soon after graduating from Grace University, he joined Capstone IT as an analyst and bookkeeper. Now, nearly a decade and one master’s degree later, he has taken a leadership role as Director of Finance and HR.
Isai fully embraces Capstone IT’s values in his day-to-day work. He focuses on developing optimal processes and procedures to execute and deliver for external clients and internal stakeholders alike. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family in the outdoors, whether it’s in the backyard, the beach, or the mountains.
