Roger Kipe
VP of Staffing
Roger’s childhood career aspirations of being the Hulk didn’t quite pan out. His first job was working for his father’s convenience store when his dad needed a break. It didn’t pay much (read: zero dollars), but it gave him a work ethic that stuck with him. Today, he is an integral part of Capstone IT’s senior leadership team.
In his role, Roger helps guide the strategic direction for the organization while leading the staffing division to sustain growth and delight clients. He is grateful to work at a company that leads with their values first and puts their people at the heart of every decision.
Outside of the office, Roger enjoys relaxing with family – especially if it happens to be on a sandy white beach anywhere it’s warm. He loves a good bowl of pear pasta and, in his spare time, has mastered the art of the one-handed clap!
