Chris Cabe
Senior Principle Recruiter
Prior to joining the Capstone IT team – and even before he got into IT recruiting at all – Chris was a college football coach. He might not be on the field anymore, but he’s still supporting and coaching people through their career moves. His favorite part of his job as a recruiter is matching top performers and young professionals with amazing jobs and companies.
Chris knows that everyday brings a new challenge, and he’s always learning and problem-solving along the way. He loves being able to work at a company that practices what they preach, truly living out their values and treating everyone—from the owner to the newest consultant—the same way.
His favorite weekend plans include spending time with his family, getting on the golf course to play a round, or cheering on any of the local Kansas City sports teams, from football to baseball to soccer. Chris loves nothing better than to sit down to a meal of ribs or burnt ends, with coleslaw, baked beans, and fries – preferably from Q39, Kansas City’s best and famous BBQ spot. Drooling yet?!
