Carrie Hough
Principal Recruiter
Carrie firmly believes that to do great things, you must be willing to focus on the little details and perfect your process. It’s a mentality that has served her well as she rose to management roles in the QSR industry and helped her identify people, then and now, who thrive in challenging roles.
As part of Capstone IT, Carrie brings the same energy and passion for promoting professional growth as she had in her leadership roles. She’s a teacher at heart and strives to assist and elevate people as they follow their true calling. She finds deep satisfaction in providing life-changing interactions with people, helping them thrive and succeed in their personal and professional lives.
She even applies her work ethic to her volunteering activities, spending hours on hours with the Open Door Mission, Concord Mediation Center, and the Omaha Visiting Nurse Association. Even then, she still finds time to make lasting memories with her family, cook, read about history, and take in the beauty of the great outdoors.
