April Allen
Sr. Technical Recruiter
April Allen is a native New Yorker residing in Salt Lake City the last 5 years. She has built a successful recruiting career over the last 18 years working with Fortune 500 companies across the US in the areas of Technology, Marketing, Advertising and Creative.
She is tireless in her commitment to finding and securing world-class talent and brings a set of unique skills and experience in doing so. April is a top-notch collaborator who is invested in putting feedback to work to ensure she’s identifying the right candidates–especially for highly technical roles. She knows how to build strong relationships with prospects, keeping them engaged throughout the process.
In addition, April knows what recruiting and HR look like in the modern workplace and has a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
