This is a Direct Hire opportunity so candidates must be eligible to work in the US on a W2 basis without sponsorship or visa transfer.  No Subcontractors will be considered.

We are looking for an Enterprise Content Developer who can manage enterprise content and model, automate, and optimize business processes spanning systems, employees, customers and partners. The role includes analyzing and automating workflow processes, storing and tracking company documents, creating and maintaining documents and templates, and training employees on ECM/BPM procedures and policies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deploy ECM and BPM solutions utilizing industry best practices
  • Implement content and business process solutions utilizing Kofax Perceptive capture, content, process, and search
  • Develop customer communication solutions utilizing Kofax Customer Communication Manager
  • Integrate Kofax technology with existing applications
  • Work with development teams, subject matter experts, and other internal stakeholders to develop detailed process specifications and identify process anomalies
  • Re-engineer existing business processes
  • Develop, document, and maintain standards, best practices, and system usage procedures
  • Prepare and record changes to official documents and confirm changes with legal and compliance management staff
  • Implement scanning or other automated data entry procedures, using imaging devices and document imaging software
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify document management requirements of departments or end users
  • Development of document and content classifications to facilitate information capture, search, and retrieval
  • Determining document management policies to facilitate efficient, legal, and secure access to electronic content
  • Administer document and system access rights and revision control to ensure security of system and integrity of master documents
  • Identify and classify documents or other electronic content according to characteristics such as security level, function, and metadata

Required Skills:

Technology Skills

  • Demonstrated experience with Document Management and Workflow solutions
  • Experience with Kofax Enterprise Content Management, including Perceptive capture, content, process, and search
  • Experience with Kofax Customer Communication Manager
  • Must have experience in SQL Server databases creating stored procedures and other SQL objects pertaining to document management processes Document Management Specialist Position Description Proprietary and Confidential
